Travel Advisors Invite Northern New England Chapter Annual Fall Travel Advisor Trade Show, September 29, 2026

Welcome, New England Travel Advisors to our Annual Northern New England ASTA Chapter Travel Advisor Fall Trade Show, Tuesday, September 29, 2026!

This is one event you do not want to miss!   Come meet our supplier partners, learn about their products, network and get ready for 2027!  

Event Schedule:
11:00 am to 11:45 am - Registration
11:45 am to 12:45 pm - Lunch buffet
12:45 pm to  1:30 pm-  Trade Show
  1:30 pm to  3:00 pm - Round Table Session

Lunch will be served first and will start promptly at 11:45 am.  After lunch, we will move next door for the Trade Show where you can meet your supplier, pick up some marketing materials, brochures and speak with your suppliers.  Lastly, will be the Round-Table Sessions.   20 of our ASTA Supplier Members will give a 5 minute overview of their products and what will be new for 2027. 

Door prizes will be given and ALL advisors will be eligible.   You must be present at the end of the trade show to qualify. 

Registration FEE:
ASTA Members:                25.00 USD per person
Non-ASTA Member:          35.00 USD per person

Late Registration FEE:
Registrations received after Friday, August 28, 2026 will incur a late fee of an additional 10.00 USD per advisor. 


As a reminder, THIS EVENT IS FOR TRAVEL ADVISORS ONLY (no non-industry people.)  Dress Code: Business Attire.  Please REMEMBER to bring your business cards!

Return Cancel Policy:

For major events such as the Annual Northern New England Fall Travel Advisor Trade Show, any cancellations made within 30 days prior to the scheduled event will be non-refundable. For other Chapter events such as the Northern New England ASTA Monthly Meeting, any cancellation and/or postponement made within 21 days prior to the scheduled event will result in a cancel fee of up to 100.00 USD for suppliers and up to 35.00 USD per travel advisor.

Cancellations need to be made in writing.

All documents will be delivered electronically.  

I authorize the Northern New England ASTA Chapter to make charges to my and/or company’s credit card any Northern New England ASTA Chapter Event. By making this payment agree to the card networks (Visa, AmEx, Discover, & MasterCard), ALL respect payment terms and conditions and in addition to Northern New England ASTA Chapter terms and agreement.
