This is the link for payment of the initial deposit on the tour to Greece, September 13 - 29, 2024.
This payment includes $500 as a non-refundable deposit for the tour, and $36 as an initial premium for the group insurance policy. For those who opt out of the group insurance policy, the amount of $36 will be credited as an additional deposit for the tour, instead of being used as an insurance premium.

Please be sure to carefully read all the information about the tour on the tour website (brochure, insurance) before making this deposit. Below, are the Terms and Conditions of the tour:
 

1. These terms and conditions are subject to change according to the terms and conditions set forth by the airline, hotels, cruise or other suppliers booked for the group.
2. By making any payments you signify that you represent the travel party and have read, understood, and agree to these terms, conditions, and disclaimer below.
3. All check payments must be made to Scopia LLC and sent by the due date to Scopia LLC, 8916 N Iroquois Road, Bayside, WI 53217. Please add a note “Greece Cruise” to your check. Contact Scopia LLC for ACH bank details.
4. Important dates to remember (subject to change):
   1. Upon Registration and No Later than February 28, 2024: $500 per person, non-refundable deposit, plus $36 per person for the group insurance policy (may be paid with a credit card or check). 
   2. May 1, 2024: Non-refundable deposit of $500 per person, plus $36 for the group insurance policy (check only).
   3. July 1, 2024: Final payment, along with remaining travel insurance, is due and is non-refundable. The amount will be determined by the final number of participants.
   4. Please note other deposits may be required as requested from the suppliers.
   5. Registrations after February 28, 2024 will be charged an extra $100 service fee
5. Refund periods:
   1. Cancel by February 28, 2024: No penalty
   2. Cancel between March 1, 2024 and April 30, 2024: $500 penalty per person.
   3. Cancel between May 1, 2024 and June 30, 2024: $1,000 penalty per person
   4. Cancel anytime from July 1, 2024 or later: 100% of payments are non-refundable.
   5. Important note: Payment and refund schedule and/or amounts may change if certain suppliers require deposits (refundable or non-refundable) which are not listed above.
   6. Any payments for the insurance are fully refundable until 30 days prior to departure, provided there are no intended claims.
6. There is no refund for unused services while traveling.
7. Credit Card Chargebacks - Payments by credit card do not change these Terms and Conditions. Prior to initiating a "chargeback" with the credit card company, please try to resolve any disputes with Scopia LLC directly. In the event of a "Chargeback" investigation finding in favor of Scopia LLC, the customer will be charged a $100 administrative fee for each "Chargeback".
8. Insurance costs are not reimbursed by the insurance company in case of cancellation(s) and filing of a claim due to a covered reason.

   1. Scopia LLC reserves the right to correct errors or omissions in calculations at any time.
   2. All rates are subject to change without advance notice until final payment has been made.
